This website and online store (the “Website”) are operated by PRIME GOODS E-COMMERCE LIMITED, a business registered in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region under Business Registration Number 81116975-000-08-26-0, trading as Review360Hub (“Review360Hub”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge this Legal Notice. This Legal Notice should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If there is any inconsistency, the document dealing most specifically with the relevant subject will apply, subject always to any rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

  1. GENERAL INFORMATION
    The content on the Website is provided for general product and informational purposes. We take reasonable care to keep material information accurate and current, but non-contractual content may occasionally contain typographical errors, technical inaccuracies or omissions. We may correct or update such content where reasonably necessary.
    Nothing on the Website constitutes professional, scientific, veterinary, environmental, horticultural, medical or legal advice. You should obtain advice from a suitably qualified professional where specialist advice is required.

  2. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND TRADE DESCRIPTIONS
    We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, photographs, availability statements and other material information are accurate and are not false or misleading. Before ordering, you should review the product description, dimensions, materials, included components, price, delivery charges and other information displayed on the relevant product page and at checkout.
    Products made from wood or other natural materials may have reasonable variations in colour, grain, texture and finish. Colours may also appear slightly different because of lighting, photography or device display settings. These normal variations do not, by themselves, constitute a defect. This does not affect your rights where goods are defective, unsafe, misdescribed, not of merchantable quality, not fit for an agreed purpose or materially different from what was agreed.
    Nothing in this Legal Notice permits a false trade description, misleading omission, bait advertising, bait-and-switch practice, wrongful acceptance of payment or any other prohibited unfair trade practice under the Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362) or other applicable law.

  3. CUSTOMER REVIEWS, PHOTOGRAPHS AND RESULTS
    Customer reviews, testimonials, photographs and examples reflect individual experiences and are provided for reference. They do not constitute a promise or guarantee that every customer will obtain identical results.
    Results involving wildlife, gardens, weather or other natural conditions may vary according to location, season, installation, maintenance and environmental factors outside our reasonable control. Unless an express guarantee is stated on the applicable product page or in our Refund Policy, we do not guarantee that wildlife will occupy or interact with a product within a particular period. Any express product guarantee continues to apply according to its stated terms and applicable law.

  4. INSTALLATION, SAFETY AND RESPONSIBLE USE
    You should read and follow all instructions supplied with a product and use the product only for its intended purpose. Before installation, check that the proposed surface, fixing method and location are suitable. Keep products, small components and packaging away from children and pets where appropriate. Seek qualified assistance if you are unsure how to install or use a product safely.
    To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss or damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, failure to follow supplied instructions, unsuitable installation, neglect, abnormal environmental conditions or fair wear and tear, where that loss or damage was not caused by a product defect, our negligence or another breach by us.
    Nothing in this Legal Notice limits any obligation applying to consumer goods supplied in Hong Kong under the Consumer Goods Safety Ordinance (Cap. 456) or other applicable product-safety legislation.

  5. AVAILABILITY, PRICING AND ORDERS
    Product availability may change, and placing an item in a basket does not reserve it. An order is accepted only in the manner stated in our Terms of Service. If an obvious pricing, availability or product-information error affects an order, we will notify you and offer the options available under the contract and applicable law before proceeding.
    We may temporarily suspend or restrict access to all or part of the Website for maintenance, security, updates or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We do not promise that the Website will always be uninterrupted, completely secure or free from every technical error. This does not limit our obligations in relation to an order we have accepted.

    Unless otherwise stated, the Website’s text, layout, graphics, logos, trade marks and original content are owned by or licensed to Review360Hub and are protected by the Copyright Ordinance (Cap. 528), the Trade Marks Ordinance (Cap. 559) and other applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except as permitted by law or with the prior written consent of the relevant rights holder, you must not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit protected Website content.   8. LIABILITY AND STATUTORY RIGHTS
    Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes or restricts liability for:
    (a) death or personal injury resulting from negligence;
    (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
    (c) breach of obligations concerning title, correspondence with description or sample, merchantable quality or fitness for purpose where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted;
    (d) liability arising from defective or unsafe goods where it cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted; or
    (e) any other liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
    Subject to the paragraph above and to the extent permitted by the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71) and other applicable law, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a reasonably foreseeable consequence of our breach of contract, negligence or other breach of duty. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable, was not caused by a breach by us, or was caused by your misuse of a product or failure to take reasonable precautions.
    The products and Website are intended primarily for personal and household use. If you use them for commercial, business or resale purposes, then, to the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, anticipated savings, goodwill, opportunity or business interruption.
    Any exclusion or restriction in this Legal Notice applies only to the extent that it is lawful and satisfies any applicable requirement of reasonableness. Nothing in this Legal Notice limits the power of a Hong Kong court under the Unconscionable Contracts Ordinance (Cap. 458), nor does it reduce any mandatory rights under the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26), the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71), the Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362) or other applicable consumer-protection law.

  9. PRIVACY AND ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
    Our collection, use, retention and disclosure of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy. Where the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) applies, personal data will be handled subject to that Ordinance.
    You agree that notices, order information and other communications may be provided electronically where permitted by the Electronic Transactions Ordinance (Cap. 553) and other applicable law. This does not affect any legal requirement for a particular form of notice or consent.

  10. CHANGES TO THIS LEGAL NOTICE
    We may update this Legal Notice to reflect changes to the Website, products, practices or legal obligations. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights or increase liabilities relating to an order already accepted, unless the change is required by law or you expressly agree to it.

  11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiations between both parties; if no agreement is reached, either party may submit the dispute to the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

  12. SEVERABILITY AND NO WAIVER
    If any provision of this Legal Notice is held to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will apply to the maximum extent permitted by law and will be treated as severed to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
    Any delay or failure by us to exercise a right or remedy does not waive that or any other right or remedy.
